Please take a moment to read through my terms. These are here to make sure we’re both on the same page and have a smooth experience

1. General Terms & Request Forms
_{• I'm here to create something special for you—let's keep things respectful and friendly!
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission if there's any rude or inappropriate behavior.
To request a commission, please fill out the Commission Request Form completely and honestly or simply message me in my dms.
•I will review each request and get back to you if your commission is accepted.
• Please wait for my confirmation before sending any payment.
• Commissions will be accepted based on availability, complexity, and whether I feel I can execute your request well.
• Make sure you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service before submitting the form.}

2. Payment
_{• Full payment is required upfront before I begin working, unless we’ve discussed something different.
• An invoice will be sent via email.}

3. Process & Revisions
_{• I’ll send you a rough sketch for approval. You get up to 3 free revisions during the sketch phase.
• Once the final version is done, major changes may come with an additional fee.
• Please be patient—I'm a student, so deadlines may shift due to school or life things, but I’ll always update you!}

4. Usage & Copyright
_{• II retain all rights to my work. You’re free to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (like profile pics or wallpapers), but please credit me when sharing it online.
• You’re not allowed to use my art for AI, NFTs, or anything without credit—even if edited.}

5. NSFW Content Policy
_{• I accept NSFW commissions, but only from clients who are 18 years old or older.
• By requesting an NSFW piece, you are confirming that you are legally of age.
• I reserve the right to refuse any NSFW request that makes me uncomfortable or goes beyond my boundaries.}

6. Cancellations & Refunds
_{•No refunds once I’ve started your piece. Please make sure you’re 100% sure before confirming.
• If I’m unable to finish the artwork due to serious reasons, I’ll let you know and we’ll sort things out.
• However, if I find that I am unable to deliver the artwork to your expectations—whether it’s due to style limitations, misalignment in vision, or execution issues—I will be transparent and offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
• I will always communicate honestly if I feel a project is not going in the right direction, and we can discuss the best way forward.
